Founded in 1907, they are one of the oldest football clubs in Italy and have remained in the top divisions of Italian football for much of their history. They are currently competing in Serie A, the top division of Italian football. Atalanta have won two Coppa Italia titles, in 1963 and 1987, and one Supercoppa Italiana in 2019. They are also four-time Serie B champions, most recently in 2017–18.
